A discount of about 5% applies if payment is received at least one month prior to the start of the program to be attended by the registrant.
We can accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, , checks, and government POs.
All programs are held at convenient hotel locations downtown or near airport. Registrants will be advised of the specific venues at sign-up.
The tuition and registration is payable in advance (except for government POs), with discounts as listed above. This includes the cost of all workbooks, program materials, and refreshments. Registrants must make their own arrangements for accommodations, meals, and travel.
A discount of about 10% per person applies when two or more persons from the same organization attend the same program, date, and city. Additionally, every fifth registrant from the same organization is free. On-site programs are also available and cost-effective for 7 or more persons.
All cancellations must be in the form of a written notice. Please refer to the cancellation policy found on the registration form that applies to the country where your training program will be held for more details. In the event of a cancellation of a program for any reason, our liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.
There is no charge for transfers or substitutions; however, the cancellation policy stated above applies equally.
In-house presentations, where we come to you, are cost effective for groups of 7-25 persons, and can be modified for your particular organization. More than 90 such presentations have been made, and they are often repeated for an organization. Contact us for pricing, available dates, and additional details.
